Your Package Shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 2 working days after receiving your order for in-stock products. For items that need preparation, shipping times may take up to 20 working days.

Shipments are carried out via UPS or DHL with tracking and no-signature delivery. If you prefer delivery with signature confirmation (UPS Extra or DHL Signature), an additional fee will be applied. Please contact us before selecting this option. For any shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Packaging and Shipping Management

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postal costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order to reduce shipping costs, as we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one.

We pay maximum attention to packaging, using high-quality materials to ensure the protection of your items, especially fragile ones. Boxes are appropriately sized for their contents, and all items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.

Your package will be shipped with great care and professionalism, but it remains at your risk. However, we guarantee safe and attentive handling to offer you the best possible delivery experience.
